Your producer was short in words; he couldn’t himself and explain the chaos very well. He also didn’t talk well about the fire guns, maybe he himself is afraid, trying to avoid scrutiny by the government, or he has a problem. The government forces used tear gases, rubber bullets and live ammunition from ground solders and from helicopter. The people were afraid for their life and were rushing to every direction that leads to casualties due to stampede. But most importantly the government forces used bullets and fired on air and to the crowd. Dead bodies with bullet wounds were handled separately, and delivered to different places,probably to hide evidences, while the rest of the bodies were in hospitals and health centers in Bishoftu, the city where the problem occurs.
