"commentText": "<p>What a great point. I think Nicholas Taleb's recent book, Antifragile, makes an extensive case for focusing on strategies that are emergent and 'bottom up' - as you demonstrate - , rather than 'top down'. Intuitive entrepreneurs have always known this; fail fast, test trading, etc. I really hope antifragile thinking - along with the extensive mathematical and academic foundation that Taleb has given it - will become more mainstream. I was really pleasantly surprised to learn about a new MOOC on antifragile corporate strategy (http://bit.ly/J5xaK6), for instance.</p>",
