      "commentText": "This is a great article for both remote employees and teammates of remote employees! My team at Lessonly includes about 10% remote workers and we've found a few best practices that work really well for us. First, we adjusted all of our meeting times so they better account for time differences so some team members aren't having to work extremely early or super late in their time zone. We also improved our video and audio set-up so live streams of meetings are a better quality for those who have to call or video-chat in. Thankfully, our culture really promotes fostering relationships, so many of us also schedule frequent check-ins with those who aren't in the office so we can catch up on both work and life. We've found these simple things are helpful steps to make our remote team members feel more included.",
