Indications that the Referendum result was a protest vote gone wrong include straw polls which have consistently shown 60:40 support for Remain. At the same time the widely reported polls have been repeating the 50:50 result of the Referendum. This is strangely similar to the 10 point error that they made with the 2017 General Election result .
The only way of resolving this is with a third Referendum.",

Which kind of Brexit was probably important to some, but for many, once the option of reversing the exit process is off the table, there is no pint in delving into detalis which, people know, will be defined by negotiations more than by the UK's intent. So, once Brexit is a given, voters would focus on domestic policies, and that's where TM lost completely. So we can start seeing what life outside the EU is going to be. No more EU scapegoating! Future PMs will miss that convenience very much, and this election is a first example of that.",
