In fact, if you sit all day at work, and your employer DOESN'T offer you a way to increase your daily activity, I highly suggest you take 90 bucks and buy yourself a Fitbit Zip and download the micro-break program Voom. The tracker will keep you in check so you can see how much (or little) movement you are getting, and the program will not only remind you when it's time to get moving, but will actually guide you through simple targeted exercises. The combination of these two has made me increasingly more active, and I feel so much better both mentally and physically.</p>",
