"commentText": "This judge is a Reagan appointee. This is another issue caught up in politics. I think Rs and Ds both want clean air for their children to breath, right? Yet, a whole lot of Rs will call attempts like this one will be called liberal, over regulatory, job killing, etc. Those are the talking points. Lets step away from talking points and think whether there is common ground on a lot of these politicized issues. Breathable air should be a non partisan issue and if your candidate thinks otherwise, demand an answer to why breathable air is not important to him/her. We all know the state of Texas (TECQ) does not regulate pollution, so Federal laws are the only hope of clean air. ",
